| Leo and Bar Are Back (Her Especially) in Beachwear
Leonardo DiCaprio must be voting absentee, because right now he's living the good life with his hot girlfriend Bar Refaeli down in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It's almost a whole month since their last beach vacation, so it's understandable that he feels the need for another one. And it's not like it's any big secret why he would want to have his lady friend in a bikini as much as possible. It looks like while Leo was mostly enamored by his girl's assets, he also made sure to keep up to date on his BlackBerry and document his vacation on the digital camera. Most of all though, how much are you loving his beach hat? .
LL Continues Her Walk Down Pre-Rehab Memory Lane
Lindsay and her leggings were reunited yesterday but not for long. Also missing in action is her boy Riley. We don't blame her for wanting a little break after taking him home for Thanksgiving, especially if he were acting like a jerk. In fact, LL may already be weighing her other options. Apparently she was spotted leaving Matsuhisa restaurant on Wednesday just a few minutes after her ex (and Mary-Kate's, and Paris'), Stavros Niarchos, walked out. Of course, this could just be a coincidence, or a friendly meal. From Samantha to Stavros in one night, LL seems to be reconnecting with some of her old friends. Those two might not be the best influences, but we are starting to think Riley's days are numbered. More of LL in her dark ensemble, so just read more .
Police Commissioner rejects call to resign
We're not going to be in the business of imposing some sort of media blackout on the reporting of terrorism cases." Mr Rudd expressed full confidence in Mr Keelty: "The Government has its own view and the Government's view is that the media should abide by the laws of the land and I err ... on the side of the media giving full and frank coverage." O'Gorman calls for Keelty's head Australian Council for Civil Liberties president Terry O'Gorman said last night Mr Keelty was unfit to remain as commissioner and should quit. "He should find another job. If he doesn't, the Government should find another job for him," Mr O'Gorman said. "His speech shows he just doesn't get it - the man isn't in the real world because he's lost any sense of balance." Asked last night if he would consider resigning, Mr Keelty said through a spokesman he would not dignify such a question with a response.
Italian pay-TV revenues grow to E2bn
UK telco BT has pulled further ahead in the broadband market as it met forecasts with a 3 per cent increase in first-quarter core earnings and revenues. The company said its BT Retail unit accounted for 38 per cent of net DSL broadband additions during the quarter with 459,000 new broadband customers. Meanwhile BT confirmed it was considering a Fibre to the curb network that cold deliver 50Mb/s. This compares with the existing upper limit of 8mbps that is available from most telecoms companies and the 24Mb/s that will be available from BTs new ADSL2+ network. A faster network is unlikely to be available beyond business centres, given the high capital cost. Back to top Eutelsat net quadruples Satellite operator Eutelsat Communications has reported net profit quadrupled to E170m in its year to June from E40.2m previously, lifted by the non-recurrence of restructuring charges and lower financial costs.

An eco-friendly inn in Madison
No one turned down the turkey bacon, but I had reservations about the orange juice, which tasted like Tang. Every evening, there's a fresh baked pie put out for guests. Breakfast is the only time the inn's spell of seclusion is broken. Although there are individual tables, we inevitably ended up at a table with the woman reading "Germs, Guns and Steel" and she wanted to talk all about it. The inn also offers complimentary drinks each evening, but we declined the margaritas and chips. In the adjoining building, guests have free run of the kitchen for beverages (coffee, tea, soda), which is delightful for insomniacs like me. I checked my e-mail late at night on a free inn computer, then retired to the common area to read by the fireplace. AREA: The inn is located in the Dudgeon-Monroe neighborhood, which is full of parks and shopping and all measures of cuteness.
